I'm 15 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Woo hoo! It's going by fast.
I had a few problems with my last pregnancy that I don't want to have:
1. Dizziness - all the time
2. Kidney stones
3. Ineffective Contractions
4. 5 day prodermal labor due to ineffecitve contractions
5. Unable to produce enough milk
6. Use of pain relievers after day 5 of labor! (I have to give myself a break on this one!)
To prep I am going to accomplish the following things:
1. Walk 5-7 days for 30-45 minutes
2. Practice relaxation daily
3. Check to see if I have celiacs disease (In January when my insurance changes!)
4. Squats! (I hate kegels...)
5. Recover from holiday eating: complete Whole30 fro Whole9life.com
6. Read a lot - when my munckin lets me!
7. Surrender!
8. Vitamins
9. Mostly real food though.
So this is my journal of pregnancy marathon preparation - because that's basically what it is!!! So here we go. 24 weeks and 3 days to go. Wow...this is going way too fast.
